This is still happening, Caleb Gustafson was drowned in a shallow pond on Putnam Drive in 2015 after less than 4 beers. Police never tested for GHB. They almost NEVER do. like 4 people dissapeared last year and turned up drowned, and another 3 went missing again this year and one of them is still missing. It happens every single year and its always 3-4 people who go missing in the same month. 15 years later this is still happening yet there still isnt a single gaurd rail next to the rivers, or better lightning on water st, or more security cameras.

The drunk kids accidentally drowning had been happening for decades. All the kids know it happens and booze gives you an incredible amount of stupid courage to make you think you can do anything you set your mind to. There are temperatures, small currents and stupidity working against you. It took a friend of mine in the 90s. It’s sad it keeps happening year after year
