con-nichiwa is in its 4th year this year and we have seen that with some of our panels. one thing we use are panel grading sheets to improve them

i used the hotels business center for con-ncihiwa last year to print out the room schedules and my volunteers schedules last year lol

i don't get paid to be a manager,but im there at the con working. i hate when volunteers even sign an agreement and then not show up. yes u get in for free,but its cause your working
