... Seoul to be exact.
Since most of you nerds seem to get a semi just THINKING about Asia, can you give me any advice? I can't figure out for the life of me when to bow. What's the comics industry like here? Oh yeah, and tell Vinnk to e-mail me again, and that I'll give him my new Korean phone number just as soon as I figure out what it is. _________________ "No President or country will ever be able to create 'world peace' as long as people keep fucking each other over."

Welllllll...
Sometimes when I'm bored, I apply for jobs I don't think I'm going to get, just out of boredom. I'll spend an afternoon applying for graphic design jobs between browsing webcomics and porn sittes, or applying for bartending jobs between browsing webcomics and porn sites--- well, one Sunday afternoon, my daydreaming turned to ESL jobs, and I uploaded a half dozen resumes. And just as I was finishing up the latest episode of dr. mcninja, and preparing to go over to dailyniner in my browser, my phone rang. And the voice on the other end said, "I must say your resume is quite impressive, and we'd like to hire you. Now, we're only looking for candidates who are serious. This is a big decision. Is this something you truly want to do?" And my brain turned to mush and I said yes. I was there a few weeks later.
So what's up with the bowing here? Anybody know? _________________ "No President or country will ever be able to create 'world peace' as long as people keep fucking each other over."

Peso is the expert on Korea - so I'd e-mail him if I were you. _________________ Why aren't you reading UnCONventional (the awesome comic) yet? |

What do you wanna know about ol' Korealand? I was there for a Summer and speak a bit of the ol' Hangul. Seoul is a land of giant boxes for miles and miles. |
