Karma System Added

I've added a basic Karma system to the board.

On every post you will see the options to either "Applaud" or "Smite" a person, and you can do so once an hour. If you smite someone, their karma goes down a point. If you applaud someone, their karma goes up a point. Zero is neutral karma, negative numbers are bad karma, and positive numbers are good karma.

What does karma do? Right now - absolutely nothing. If a person's karma is excessively low though, it may influence decisions regarding status on this site. Think of it like the British House of Lords - people listen to things they say, but they no longer have binding authority.

Oh, it's true, I could go into the backend and edit the database - but not without doing an assload of work.
