This guy serious is an idiot. Piracy on the internet is definitely immoral especially in anime even if a country has crappy distribution laws, it's still hurting the companies that distribute it.

I am amused, work has a certain web comic I have recently become attached to blocked and when they block a webpage you see a reason. I was amused when I saw the reason considering the that it contains nothing of the sort and is probably being blocked purely based on name or something.
The comic is called bearnuts. So yeah I understand why its blocked but I still get chuckle out of its reason being pornography.

That is awesome Trae.

I just decided while I was working that I think I want to make a webcomic insprerd by my fanfiction. It's going to be about reject super heroes and reject villains.

It went out right about No Brand Con. We got maintenance out to our apartment pretty quickly, but they ended up having to get us a new outdoor unit, and it took forever for the owners to approve it...

...the people who own my complex are cheap as all get out.

So I was called stupid today.

I explained I did not support either major party but was in the middle. They informed me I was stupid because their is no middle in politics... Rolling Eyes

People who think in absolutes are the most annoying people. Nothing wrong with being a moderate.

Well now they are implying moderates are wishy washy because we cannot make up our minds and that we stand for nothing.

I'm torn between lashing out angrily and laughing in their faces.

Just tell them "Being a moderate doesn't mean I stand for nothing. It means what I stand for isn't addressed by the two existing parties. To think there are only two sides is childish, binary thinking. The real world is more complicated than that and Much grayer - black and white thinking is the crutch of the unimaginitive."

I've always liked that you think for yourself, Calvsie. You're a good dude.

I am very amused I told them something very close to what you said before I saw your response.

Yeah, I generally don't like AC, but my wifes health has been so much better with the ac due to allergens not getting in as much through the open windows.
