Was pleased to see the news on this. I'm almost looking forward to the new dub of NatVoW, as I've read the first manga and liked it a lot. I don't look forward to dubbed stuff, but Patrick Stewart is always worth a look. I've also not got to finish the story, either.

I'm excited about the new Porcco Rosso dub, myself... with Michael Keaton and Carry Elwes.
Yay Miyazaki! Hip hip hooray!
And he's working on a new file, Howl's Moving Castle, right now.
And they've announced that every studio Ghibli film will get released stateside by the end of 2005...

I'm not the biggest anime/manga fan, but Nausicaa did intrigue me.

Well, Hayao Miyazaki, the director of Nausicaa, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Porcco Rosso, Laputa: Castle in the Sky... is one of my favorite directors regardless of genre, medium, and nation.
His films make up the majority of the Studio Ghibli catalog, so I'll finally be able to get legal copies of many of my favorite films. _________________ Why aren't you reading UnCONventional (the awesome comic) yet? |
