Poetry: Reflections in the Snow

Reflections show from the ground
to the sky
images shimmer
clouds go by
sit and wonder
beauty seen in broken things
but such things are not always
seen
clouds soft and white that pass
lazily by
where is the easy life
why just get by
snow reflecting the broken sky
playing tricks on tired eyes
wanting waiting
place of total happiness
reflections of broken glass
tomorrow will come
or was that the last
